With love in the time of Coronavirus, I bring you Yoga in the Green Room. Yoga classes are gentle, trauma-informed and accessible. I also offer Yoga Nidra, which is a guided mediative practice.

I have been practicing yoga since 1995 and received my 200 hour teacher certification from Kripalu Center in 2005. I am a trainer with Subtle Yoga, training mental health clinicians to integrate yoga into their clinical practice.

As well as a yoga professional, I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have over 25 years of experience working with those suffering from anxiety, depression and trauma.

I believe, in these uncertain times, practices of grounding and centeredness can ward off feelings of imbalance, anxiety and assist in managing stress.

A basic tenet of yoga is community, which is provided through this live streaming option.
